Redeeming Vouchers

Where we have email details for parents/carers, you will receive a code and should redeem this online at

There is a queuing system in operation to ensure the system is not overloaded and patience is required. Sometime up to an hour to wait but you can leave this page open and carry on with other things.

Once the codes are redeemed, the supermarket voucher will be sent to the email address used, however we have heard reports of some delays with codes being received so again please be patient.

Where we do not hold an email address, vouchers will be redeemed asap and sent by post on behalf of the parent.

We have a superb catering provision at Colmers, and provide healthy meal options at Breakfast, Break and Lunchtimes. All food is offered at competitive prices with items starting as low as 55p. Where a student is entitled to Free School Meals, we allocate a £1.75 allowance to be spent at break time or lunchtime each day.

Parents and carers should also be aware that our cashless catering system ensures that it is not seen or known which students are in receipt of Free School Meals.

In addition to the obvious benefits associated with having a healthy meal each day, our school also receives significant additional funding for every child that is eligible for Free School Meals. With this additional funding, we are able to provide a range of additional benefits to our students to ensure that no child falls behind and ensure that we actively reduce the learning gap for students who arrive from low income backgrounds.

You are eligible for Free School Meals if you, or your partner are in receipt of any of the following benefits:

  • Income Support or Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance (or)
  • Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (or)
  • Support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 (or)
  • The guaranteed element of Pension Credit (or)
  • Child Tax Credit (provided you’re not also entitled to Working Tax Credit and have an annual gross income of no more than £16,190) (or)
  • Working Tax Credit run-on – paid for 4 weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit (or)
